Please note: Account and personal-data deletion may be subject to legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or other applicable retention requirements. Information that we are legally required to retain may not be immediately deleted.

What happens when you request deletion?

  • We will verify your request.
  • We will locate the customer account associated with the information provided.
  • Applicable personal information will be erased or anonymized where permitted and applicable.
  • Certain order, transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need to be retained.
  • Your customer account may no longer be available after the request has been processed.
